How It Works
When you book with us we take care of delivery and pick up. We will deliver to you at the New Hotel Collection. After we deliver, the items you booked are yours to keep for as long as you have them reserved. All items do need to be removed from the beach each and every night.
The reservation process is done completely online through the booking section. If you are looking to add additional items, the add ons will show up after you select your items, and the duration of your rental.
After the booking process is complete, you will receive an email from us confirming the reservation, and also confirming the delivery time.
As a guest of the New Hotel Collection you will also receive 10% off of your reservation with us. During checkout enter the code NHC10. The discount will then be applied.
**Please be advised that due to County regulations, we are NOT able to set up, or remove the items on the beach for you**
We are very aware of the weather and how unpredictable it can be from day to day. We do offer a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery (minus the credit card processing fee). Life does offer other reasons you may need to cancel, and we understand. Full refunds (minus credit card processing fee) will be issued up to 24 in advance of your reservation if there is a need to cancel.
Cabanas
Our Cabanas offer plenty of shade during your trip to the beach. The Cabanas are very easy to setup. They setup very similar to a traditional beach umbrella. Cabanas can be rented individually, or combined with chairs and any other items you would like for the beach.
Our Beach Sets are perfect for a family, or a small group. Each set includes 2 chairs, wagon, cabana or umbrella, cooler, beach toys, beach blanket, 2 boogie boards and a ball. Additional items can be added to make sure you have everything you need for the beach!
We have Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs with all of our sets. These chairs do recline, and pair nicely with our Beach Umbrellas!
